Our Cancellation Policy

We do require a credit card upon booking, and kindly ask for 24-hour notice of any cancellations. Cancellations made less than four hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. Failure to show for an appointment will result in full charges. Same day appointments are binding; failure to show for appointment or cancelling an appointment will result in full charges as well.
